The download is the workspace the termorq-cli chapter already runs. It contains no token. mock://users answers on this machine, so the HTTP steps need no network.

Unpack it, then point termorq-cli at the folder with an absolute path. A relative . is rejected.

termorq-cli list --workspace ~/src/acme-apis
termorq-cli show Smoke --workspace ~/src/acme-apis
termorq-cli check Smoke --workspace ~/src/acme-apis

termorq-cli check exits 2 until you set AIT_SECRET_USERS_API. The value can be any non-empty string for this demo. The app masks it as ••••••••.

AIT_SECRET_USERS_API=demo-token-not-real \
  termorq-cli run Smoke --workspace ~/src/acme-apis --env Staging --allow-shell

Smoke runs List users, then Get user, then echo smoke-ok. The @tool search step is skipped. A collection run does not open MCP. Bail is the collection that stops on a non-zero exit when you pass --bail and --allow-shell.

termorq-cli list prints Smoke and Bail with a count of each kind of step
termorq-cli list on the sample workspace. mock://users is the offline demo host.

termorq-cli show lists each step in run order and why a step would be skipped
termorq-cli show Smoke. The shell step wants --allow-shell. The tool step is not run headless.

The id values termorq-cli prints are generated when the workspace is read. A later run prints different ids. The files in the zip do not store those ids.

EnvironmentsStaging region=eu, Prod region still {{REGION}}
MCPDocs, HTTP, https://docs.example.test/mcp, not connected by termorq-cli run

{{REGION}} is filled from AIT_VAR_REGION when a call needs it. Prod is unused by Smoke.

Open the same folder in the app with @workspace open ~/src/acme-apis. The bearer token is not in the file. The connection shows needs secret until you enter one on that machine. Team workspace is the full save and guard behaviour.
